Mala Making Workshop

Mala Making Workshop held on Saturday 20th April from 9.30am – 2.00pm(ish)
@Sundance Studio Mission Beach. Cost $160 (includes all materials and a small snack).

Join in for this half day experience of creating your own 108 bead Mala necklace.  Mala beads have been used for centuries as a sacred tool for meditation and prayer. In this workshop you will explore the history, symbolism and elements of Mala beads and you will learn and practice the technique of knotting each bead. The creation process will begin with a beautiful Kundalini style meditation and then you will be gently supported through the process of design and creation of your own precious mala. There will be plenty of beads to choose from so you can really let your creative juices flow.
